Our Third Son

Luke Malachi Buehrle was born at 5:18 am today. We arrived at the hospital at 2 am and the baby and mother are doing just fine. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 4 ounces and 19 and 1/2 inches. His face looks a little funny from a bit of bruising (but bruising obviously goes away). We really like the little guy.

Voting on a Boy's Middle Name

Know that, in this case, your vote doesn't really count. You may say your vote never counts, but that's a whole other story altogether. In any case, we have selected a.) a boy's first name, and b.) a girl's first and middle name. We are still undecided on a boy's middle name. Our preference is toward Biblical names. I am aware, though, that some of you may be possessed by the spirit of Frank Zappa shown above... so go for it ...
