Warning: Do Not Leave 2 and 1/2 Year Old Unattended

From a legal standpoint, let's just say everything that follows is a made up short story. So, it's a boring Friday afternoon. I had just finished mopping the floors and cleaning the bathrooms when I popped online to see what's goin' on - nothing. Internet's not working. Blasted cable company! Then a few minutes later I hear Benjamin crying from upstairs. Not an unusual occurence at naptime, but why will he not stop whimpering and outright crying for more than a few minutes. Finally I venture upstairs to my and Naomi's bedroom and see a sillouette (sp?) of Ben in the window. Oh, no! He stepped up on the sill (the sill is 18 inches off the floor) and can't figure out how to get down. I pull the shade back, and to my dismay my crying boy has been displaying himself in all his glory to the neighborhood out the front window. "Why did you take you're diaper off?" I asked. "I don't know," he responded. Of course he couldn't remember why he did it. He's just been standing naked on my window sill crying loudly and displaying himself to the neighborhood. No, there are no pictures. I do not want people coming after me for "child abandonment" among other things.

Oh, and the internet not working: a naked two and a half year old boy somehow knocked the modem and wireless unit off of the bedside table.

Poor you! Isn't it fun to have kids? (By the way, I'm Everett's mom. He never did anything like that, but he was a character, for sure.)

Hi Glamarie!

Tooz - I can imagine that Everett was a character ... much like I can imagine he will be a character tonight ...
